What it does for your business

It answers what keeps coming up and lets you know when a person is needed

Answers at any hour

Prices, hours and availability, at night, on Sundays or while you’re busy with a customer.

Takes appointments and bookings

It offers the open slots, confirms and sends reminders, without endless back-and-forth in the chat.

Organizes every lead

It takes their name, contact and what they’re looking for, and leaves it ready for you to follow up.

Hands you the chat

When a person is needed, it lets you know with a summary so you can take over without repeating questions.

Sounds like your business

We define the tone together: more formal or more casual, with or without emojis. You approve it before it goes live.

No tricks

It introduces itself as a virtual assistant and runs on the official WhatsApp API, so your number isn’t at risk.

AIWhat it answers with

It answers only with your business’s information

We set it up with your prices, hours, services and FAQs. Before replying, it looks there, and only there.

When it doesn’t have the answer, it hands off the inquiry instead of making something up.

Talk to Zai, this website’s assistant

Zai is built the same way as the assistants we make for other businesses: it answers only with Zaiwebs’ information, says when it doesn’t know something and, if it’s better to talk to a person (to get a quote, for example), hands you over to the team on WhatsApp with a summary of the chat.

Ask it how an assistant would work for your business. It replies in English or Spanish.

It’s a virtual assistant and says so. Don’t share sensitive information with it.

Clear expectations

What it does and what it doesn’t

Does

  • Answers the questions that come up all day.
  • Takes appointments, bookings and sends reminders.
  • Collects each lead’s details and keeps them organized.
  • Hands you the conversation with a summary when needed.

Doesn’t

  • Replace the people who answer: it takes the repetitive part off their hands.
  • Make up answers that aren’t in your information.
  • Pretend to be a person.
  • Put your WhatsApp number at risk.

Works best for businesses that…

  • Answer the same questions
  • Take appointments or bookings
  • Get inquiries after hours
  • Send quotes and follow up
  • Enter data by hand

For example: clinics and beauty centers, real estate agencies, restaurants, education, online stores and professional services.

How we build it

From the first conversation to your assistant up and running

Discovery

We get to know your business and what people ask you every day. You get a summary of the scope before we start.

Design

We show you how it will talk. You approve it before we write a line of code.

Development

We connect it to your channels and test it with real questions. Nothing is considered done without a second review.

Launch

We put it live, measure how it answers and keep fine-tuning it as part of the monthly fee.

FAQ

What people usually ask

How much does an AI assistant cost?

It has two parts: the setup, paid once, and a monthly fee that covers AI usage, maintenance and adjustments. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta separately, with no markup. The amount depends on how many inquiries you get and which systems we connect it to. We’ll give you a figure in the first conversation.

Does the assistant replace the people who answer?

No. It handles the questions that come up all day (hours, prices, availability) and hands the conversation to a person when needed. It always introduces itself as a virtual assistant.

What if someone asks something it doesn’t know?

It says so and hands the inquiry to your team instead of making something up. We use those questions to keep adding to its information, so next time it does know.

Is my WhatsApp number at any risk?

No. It runs on the official WhatsApp API, which is the way Meta allows businesses to automate replies.

How long does it take?

It depends on which systems it connects to: answering from a price list is not the same as booking appointments on your calendar. Timelines are confirmed when you approve the proposal.
